Hello Everyone! My name is John Patterson, and I am a 23-year-old senior at Texas State University. I have a huge love and passion for anything that involves an adventure, particularly participating in extreme sports. From scuba diving to skydiving, I have pretty much done it all. Motorcycle riding, surfing, scuba diving, skateboarding and skydiving are all favorites of mine. These are all topics that I discuss in my blog. I love being able to find things in common with people who enjoy the same stuff that I do and sharing experiences with them. That is one of the things that makes the internet and social media so amazing in my opinion. It opens up so many doors. The possibilities are endless!

I love and appreciate being able to incorporate my love for adventure with my love for travel. At 23 years old I have been to so many different places and seen so many things. Some people go their entire lives without seeing or experiencing a fraction of the things that I have. It is so amazing to travel to other places and see their cultures as well as how they live. All of my experiences have made me really appreciate everything that we have in this country. I am so grateful to have the life that I do. The awesome thing about traveling and participating in these extreme sports is that it can be such a humbling experience. I think it is so important to travel to other places and see how a lot of the rest of the world lives. In my opinion, a lot of Americans take certain things for granted. Living in remote parts of the jungle in Central America for months at a time really made me aware of it.
